  • Cell Selection: We carefully select high-quality cells from manufacturers with strict controls, auditing factories and testing hundreds of cells each year to ensure reliability and safety from the start.
  • Battery Pack Design: Our packs are engineered for safety across all aspects — mechanical, electrical, software and thermal — to provide comprehensive protection.
  • Testing: We conduct extensive testing, including destructive testing, to verify the integrity and safety of our battery designs.
  • Manufacturing: Rigorous quality checks, audits, and testing throughout the manufacturing process ensure that every battery we produce is built safely and reliably.
  • Integration Testing: We support system integration and testing of our batteries into motive applications at our Vehicle Integration Centers or will provide field testing support at our OEM customer’s location to ensure the battery works properly with the host system.

BMS technology 

The battery management system (BMS) is the “brains” of your battery system and it’s a critical piece on how We Make Lithium Work™.
