As Vice President & General Manager – Brazil, Albert provides strategic leadership and oversees all operational, business, and financial activities for Inventus Power Brazil, leading cross-functional teams across Sales, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Human Resources, and IT. With nearly 30 years of experience in sales, operations, and commercial strategy within the electronics industry, Albert has held multiple leadership positions, significantly contributing to growth, operational excellence, and financial success.
Albert is highly experienced in revamping manufacturing facilities, managing key account relationships, improving business profitability, and fostering innovation. Throughout his career, he has successfully started new operations, identified and developed new processes and business opportunities, leveraged data analytics, and consistently delivered commercial success. His background includes senior roles at companies such as Philips, Jabil, BIC, GBR and Palladium Energy, providing valuable experience in strategic management, project coordination, and manufacturing leadership.
Albert holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the Amazonas Federal University (UFAM) and an MBA in Business Management from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV).
