Attention College Students & Recent Graduates!

Inventus Power offers Internships, Co-Ops, and Graduate Development Programs

Internships

Inventus Power seeks out passionately innovative people, by selecting the best new minds to join the summer internship program. Summers are for fun and experience, so we provide both! Summer interns spend 12 weeks learning about the battery industry, in their respective disciplines. Several of our Summer Intern Cohorts have gone on to participate in our Graduate Development Program, Co-Ops, or have become full time employees of Inventus Power.

IP Co-Op

Designed with the current student in mind, IP Co-Ops are a variation of the Summer Internship Program. Co-Ops run throughout the school year, on a part-time basis. Co-Op students work for Inventus Power and learn about the battery industry, in their respective disciplines. This is the perfect program for someone who is interested in working part-time while still in school, to gain experience and knowledge. Co-Op students have moved into the Graduate Development Program and have become full time employees of Inventus Power.

Graduate Development Program

Gain valuable knowledge and experience, while finding your niche at Inventus Power! We believe that a great employee understands the inter-workings of the entire business. The graduate development is a rotational experience for new graduates. Those in the graduate development program get a well-rounded view of the organization, by rotating through manufacturing, design, project management, finance, sales, and more!
