To drive this improvement, we have defined key “Betterment” metrics for which goals have been set. Performance is tracked and improvement plans are reviewed with management on a regular basis.

Sustainability Initiatives

Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Policy

Inventus Power is committed to fostering a safe and healthy workplace, protecting the environment by preventing pollution and waste, fulfilling our compliance obligations, and continually reducing our environmental impacts and risks.

Inventus Power will comply with all applicable EHS laws, regulations and standards related to identified EHS aspects/ hazards. Inventus Power will conduct audits and implement practices to ensure compliance with these requirements.

Inventus Power will establish EHS goals and targets to continually improve our performance outcomes.

Inventus Power will incorporate EHS into business processes to ensure the health & safety of our employees, customers, suppliers and contractors while reporting environmentally sustainable practices.

  1. Energy Management & Emissions Reduction
    • Reduce GHG emissions 30% by 2030 from a 2019 base year.
  2. Waste & Materials Management
    • Declare and guarantee that all components comply with ROSH & REACH directives.
  3.  Water Use & Management
    • Reduce the discharge of production wastewater with goal to reach zero production wastewater discharge by 2024 end.
  4. Circular Supply Chain Solutions
    • Participate in a circular economy market through design, repair, parts harvesting, etc.
    • Leverage recycling partnerships with Cirba Solutions (North America) and EARN (Europe) to manage internal recycling processes and recommend these partners to our OEM customers.
