As the Vice President of Global Procurement & Asia Operations GM, Sam Kang leads the teams of Global Sourcing, Asia Supply Chain, Asia IT, Factory Engineering, Program Management, Quality, and Operations.
Sam is an accomplished and results-driven leader who brings to Inventus Power over 25 years of experience in strategic sourcing, supply chain, financial, IT and operations management. He has demonstrated success in implementing cost-effective sourcing and supply chain strategies, driving operational productivity, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve business goals and deliver outstanding results.
Sam holds an EMBA from Massey University, an MBA from Tsinghua & Chinese University of Hong Kong with a concentration in Finance, a master’s degree in Supply Chain & Logistical Management, and an accountancy degree from CUHK. Sam is also a Fellow Member of CIMA, a Chartered Global Management Accountant, and a Certified Supply Chain Professional.
