Raeann Fracek
Vice President of Finance & Corporate Controller
As VP of Finance, Corporate Controller, Raeann Fracek brings over 30 years of experience in financial management, accounting, reporting, treasury, risk management, and shared service functions. She is responsible for the leadership and management of the global audit and all accounting functions.
Earlier in her career, Raeann held various senior leadership rolls at Komatsu America Corporation for over 22 years beginning in captive finance which led to corporate controller and controller for manufacturing operations. In addition, she steered the implementation of a shared service organization for Votorantim Cimentos North America, a leading manufacturer of cement and related construction products in the US and Canada. Prior to joining Inventus Power, she was Corporate Controller for a PE owned company in which she was responsible for integrating and accounting for 8 acquired companies and measuring the synergies obtained.
Raeann holds an MSA from Dominican University (formerly Rosary College) and a B.S. in Finance from Northern Illinois University with a minor in Economics and a concentration in Tax and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
